Hey New Orleans, we need your help.

Barista, LaShaun, making coffee in a New Orleans coffee shop.

Medical research hasn’t always seen you.

We’re changing that.

The New Orleans Regional Black Chamber of Commerce and the two Louisiana Healthcare Provider Organizations, LSUHSC and Tulane School of Medicine, in partnership with the All of Us Research Program, are connected by a shared goal, to help build one of the most diverse health databases in history. We want you to join us!

We want to advance precision medicine. Precision medicine is health care that is based on you as an individual. It takes into account factors like where you live, what you do, and your family health history. Precision medicine’s goal is to be able to tell people the best ways to stay healthy. If someone does get sick, precision medicine may help health care teams find the treatment that will work best.
